A major consumer goods manufacturer operating a distribution facility with high-value trailers and inventory needed a more effective way to prevent after-hours trespassing and attempted break-ins. Seeking real-time intervention without increasing on-site security staffing, the client turned to Prosegur’s remote security services powered by its Intelligent Security Operations Center (iSOC).
Problem
The distribution site faced repeated risks from after-hours trespassing and attempted break-ins, particularly around perimeter fencing and parked trailers. These incidents posed a threat to inventory, equipment, and overall site safety, especially during overnight hours and holidays when on-site presence was limited.
The client required a solution that could:
- Detect suspicious activity as it occurred
- Actively deter intruders before property access or damage
- Coordinate immediate escalation to law enforcement when necessary
- Maintain reliable coverage during holidays and other high-risk periods
Solution Design
Prosegur designed a remote security solution powered by its Intelligent Security Operations Center, or iSOC, a centralized hub where trained security professionals monitor sites in real time using advanced technology and verified response protocols.
The solution included:
- 24/7 remote video monitoring through iSOC, enabling real-time threat detection and verification
- Live, proactive voicedowns delivered directly from the iSOC to deter trespassers before escalation
- Proactive patrols and proactive audio announcements added at no additional cost during monitoring hours
- Immediate law enforcement dispatch initiated by iSOC operators when verified threats were detected
By combining human expertise with advanced remote technology, Prosegur delivered active deterrence without the need for additional on-site personnel.
Implementation and Results
Monitoring began on December 12, 2025, in alignment with the client’s request. All activity was monitored, verified, and managed through Prosegur’s iSOC.
The iSOC-powered remote security services successfully deterred three verified attempted break-ins:
- December 20, 2025
An unknown individual was observed walking near perimeter fencing and was deterred through live voicedowns initiated by iSOC operators. - January 4, 2026
Two trespassers were seen attempting to break into a trailer. iSOC operators verified the threat and dispatched law enforcement, who arrived within minutes and caused the individuals to flee the property. - January 6, 2026
A single trespasser attempted to cut perimeter fencing. Live voicedowns from the iSOC stopped the individual before entry was made.
